Today's workout:
Swim-90 minutes
I was asleep by 8:30 last night and the alarm had to wake me up at 6:30 this morning. I woke up only a couple times for a trip to the restroom, but other than that I slept as sound as a pound. I was surprised to wake up to the alarm-I figured I'd be up early since I went to be early. My theory is that if I have to wake up with an alarm than I haven't gotten enough sleep that night. So that means that I could have slept even longer this morning! More than 10 hours! Boy did this past week wipe me out! At least we're going into a back week.
I was pretty awake for most of the day-started to get tired again mid-afternoon. But by then it was time for the swim. The swim was good-pretty relaxed and even slower than normal if that's possible! My legs were a little sore, but not too bad.
I'm taking tomorrow off for Cheyenne's photo shoot! We're so excited! So at least I can sleep in as long as I need to. Looking forward to that!
