Doga-Zen In Your Den
So I've started having an appetizer before breakfast. If I don't wake up with the midnight munchies, I wake up starving. I usually eat within 20 minutes of waking up, but I haven't even been able to wait that long lately. So I wake up and have a slice of that yummy french toast bread I was talking about a couple days ago, before I do anything else. Then I can wait for about 30 minutes before I eat my cereal.
I've also found that almost everything I eat is a carb. Today I had a slice of french toast bread, cereal, a muffin, two more slices of french toast bread, an apple, some sunflower seeds, spaghetti, two slices of mozzerella texas toast, and four tiff's treats cookies. As the kids would say, that's mad carbs.
I love having Friday's off. I get to take the dogs on a nice long walk, catch up on laundry, and clean the house. Tonight we only had a short walk though, because winter decided to stick around for one more day. About 40 or so and raining. So we just went for a shorter walk, and then I rinsed off the pups on the front porch. They were filthy!
Yoga, or should I say "doga" was fun tonight. Cheyenne was right next to me the whole time trying differnt poses and Caribia gave me a bath. Not very zen, but cute and I still got a good stretch out of the deal.
Rain forecast for our ride tomorrow.

I just remembered that I have Monday off. I'm so excited! I'm hoping to get all of my errands and chores done by Sunday evening because Monday is supposed to be beautiful. 70 and sunny!
