Deja vu

Today's workout:
Bike-60 minutes on the trainer
Run-64 minutes
Weights-2 x 15

We were on the trainers again today. At least it was only an hour today. Same set up as yesterday, on the front porch which worked out well again. We didn't play any music today though...a little too early for a Sunday morning for the neighbors.

We decided to run outside because it was only misting, and not fully raining like yesterday. We ran a 6.6 mile route from my house, through UT, back up Red River to Hyde Park, and back home. Both Caribia and Chyenne came along for the run and they had so much fun! Cheyenne was off the hook crazy at first. They've been getting a little touch of cabin fever with all this winter weather, and she was just so excited that she pulled me along for the first mile or so until she settled into our regular pace. They are so much fun to run with. Chris is so awesome because every Sunday he either drives down to pick up Cheyenne if we run around the lake, or he gives them both baths if we run from our house in the rain. That way we can go straight to the weights without having to take a break. Thanks peanut! :)

Then we changed for the third time today, (if you include pjs to bike gear to run gear to dry gear) and headed to Club Macca for weights. I am such a weakling. I went back down on the free weights and machines that I had increased last week. Maybe that's why I've only gained a half pound of muscle compared to Kristi and Wayne, who have both gained four pounds in muscle-all since we started training six weeks ago.

I love Sundays. They are the shortest day of the week, as far as work and working out go. I'm usually done with everything and on the couch with the pups by 2pm. We even snuck in a nice little nap on this rainy wintery day. Hopefully Spring will arrive tomorrow as promised by the weathermen.
