Today's workout:
Swim-82 minutes
Bike-83 minutes
5:00 am-alarm goes off (Ugh. It's sooooo early......)
5:45 am-in the pool for the swim (Just over 2 miles in 82 minutes-no loogie jig lady today)
7:15 am-smoothie and a muffin (Yum. My reward for an early morning start)
8:00 am-work (Busy but good-busy helps me stay awake)
1:00 pm-tortilla soup from Mr. Natural (Voted Best Vegetarian Soup in Austin by me)
2:30 pm-body's internal nap sensor activates (Soup was too good-nap needed)
4:15 pm-drive home (Focusing on keeping my eyes open)
4:30 pm-walk dogs (Dogs are leading me, my eyes are shutting on their own)
5:00-5:30 pm-fold laundry, unpack lunchbox, pick out outfit for tomorrow, pack gym bag for tomorrow's workout (It's as if I see myself moving around, but am not really there)
5:30-7:15 pm-bike ride (Following Kristi's voice as my eyes are now closed-napping internally)
7:15 pm-pack lunch (It'll be interesting to see what I packed when I open my lunch tomorrow at noon)
7:30 pm-shower (Did I remember to use soap?)
7:45 pm-dinner (I think that tasted good-taste buds are already asleep)
8:00 pm-blog (Am I making any sense tonight?)
8:15 pm-bed. (Zzzzzzz......)
