Today's workout:
Bike-80 minutes on the trainer
Run-15-20 minutes
A good workout tonight. I don't know how the trainer workouts are supposed to be completed in 70 minutes as it says in the book. Each week, we seem to take a little longer, but not too much longer. Maybe we just take more rest breaks with easy pedaling. I liked the workout tonight. The hardest part was the ten minutes of fast spinning, cadence over 100. The run after the bike workout was good too. We had a surprise guest tonight, in addition to Caribia and Cheyenne, Chris came along with us! We had a good crew out there tonight. Now if we can just convince Kristi to wear light colored clothing and/or a reflective vest...... :)
This is a short entry tonight...I have to get to sleep so I can wake up early for an hour and a half swim in the morning before work. I talked with the principal today and he said that I could get to work a little later on Wednesday mornings, so that means I (hopefully) won't be as tired tomorrow!
