Today's workout:

Walk with the pups
Another pretty tired day. The swim went well. I think I did it three minutes faster than usual, but maybe not, because I couldn't remember if I started at 6:53 or 6:56. In either case, it was a normal boring swim. Afterwards I felt more tired and weak than usual. I haven't been focusing on eating a huge amount this week like I did last week, so I need to step it up. Today I had a bowl of cereal and some chia, then a smoothie and two mini-bagels with almond butter, then a muffin, then a yogurt with some goldfish, then three mint milanos. That's all so far. Nothing too substantial. Tonight will either be Mexican or Hyde Park. I'm going to have pick it up tonight because Chris is unable to walk. He's limping everywhere. He really did a number on his calf last night. Nurse Bug is tending to him.
We got a new bird today. Kona Bird had an unfortunate incident, but I won't go into the details here. She is now chirping happily in Birdy Heaven. The new bird is beautiful and already hand tamed! He/She seems like he/she might be more vocal than Kona Bird. We still haven't named it yet. He/She is vibrant green and blue, with purple accents around his/her face. She was hanging out on my hand and arm already! Fun little bird!
We're accepting ideas for names if anyone is feeling creative! We really like place names.
That's about all for tonight. I'm looking forward to more rest tonight with my favorite shows Criminal Minds and Law and Order.
