Dance practice

Today's workout:
Swim-90 minutes

Walk with the pups
Dance practice

Early morning today. Nice enough swim. Boring as always. I just kept telling myself that I only had four more early morning swims! I can't believe the race is only 31 days away. Unbelievable.

Tonight I got the greatest text from Kristi. It said, "Do you really want to bike tonight?" And I didn't really want to bike, since I was up so early and since I had trouble sleeping last night and since I only slept about five hours, and since I had dance practice at work today, and since I didn't get to leave work early today, and since I have a crazy ridiculously busy week next week, and since we have a lot of biking to do this weekend, and since......well, there are a million more "sinces"! So we decided not to ride! I walked the pups instead, did some laundry, ironed for tomorrow, packed my running bag for tomorrow, cleaned the bathroom, and paid some bills. Now I'm all settled on the couch waiting for a nice relaxing night of tv with my family. Survivor, Criminal Minds, and Law and Order. I'll be really surprised if I can make it until Law and Order. I'm going to order an early edition of "Mr. Sandman" from On-Demand.

Dance practice was at school today. All the people that are dancing to my hip hop video were practicing today. I think I pulled my knee. I'm definitely getting older! I think it's going to be a pretty cool routine!

I know I'm getting older too because I can no longer reach the middle of my back to scratch it. I didn't realize how often my back itched, until I couldn't reach it anymore. I've been asking people to scratch it for me now, and that's always a little awkward! So last night I asked Chris if he could find me one of the those wooden or plastic back scratchers-that have the little hand on them. He laughed and said his grandpa used to use one of those! I asked him for two. One for work and one for school. I'm not sure where to get them.

So I'm thinking about dying my hair. I found a really cool program where you put your face in and then you can change out hair styles and colors. Here are some pics...

A nice summer blond....maybe.....

Here's a red with some highlights.

You can also add jewelry and hair clips to make yourself look like a clown.

You can also make yourself look like a Grannie!!!! Hahahahahaha!

Too much fun!!!  I could do this all night long!!! But I'm getting tired. Time to try and forage for some food.

G'night!

M :)
