Bike-70 minutes on the trainer

I woke up this morning to a text that said, "When are you going to blog?" Oooops, I totally forgot! After the workout I went to get some Changos for supper, and then while I was eating Chris started his band practice, so I moved to the bedroom to watch tv, and never made it back out to where my computer was. And then I fell asleep!
Oh well, it happens.
The workout was pretty easy, since this is now technically a "back week". The workout itself was easier than trying to figure out what the workout was! Apparently in cycling parlance, "Decrease" means to "Increase". So once we figured out exactly what we were supposed to do it wasn't too bad.
The run was nice, the pups came along since it was only 1.8 miles. But it was still in the 90s at 6:45pm!
Not too much else to report about the workouts yesterday. I'm glad that we're getting to train in this weather though-it won't be a shock to our systems if race day happens to be really hot and/or humid. And/or windy for that matter! We've definitely put in our share of time in some pretty serious winds!
Ok, time to eat breakfast and go swim.
