Yesterday's workout:

I am so done with donuts. For good. One of my co-workers last day was yesterday and I usually bake cupcakes for such events, but I didn't have time, so I picked up Ken's instead. And I ate four donuts. I havent had donuts in a couple months, but that's how many I usually eat, and sometimes I even bump it up to five or six....but after the first one yesterday I started to feel really bad. But for some reason I kept eating them throughout the morning. And oh boy did I pay the price. I was on a downward spiral the whole day. It started out as slight GI troubles, leading to major GI troubles, leading to a little sugar headache, which turned into the worst case of the grumpies I've had in months-I was getting pissed at the smallest things....and then to end the day I completely crashed. I don't mean crashed like when I'm tired after a workout, I mean crashed like I was passing out from too much alcohol. I was totally asleep at 7:30. I barely remember my head even hitting the pillow. I was up at 2:30 to use the restroom and was up for a while, but went back to sleep. Feeling much better this morning. I'm very excited to eat normally today. Fruits, veggies, nuts, and whole grains. My body will be so much happier.
Chris took total care of me last night. He got dinner ready for me and wouldn't let me get off the couch for about 30 minutes while I just chilled. He also looked up an agility class for me and Cheyenne to take this summer. I'm looking forward to that!!!
Ok, time to start today's workout now. Off to swim!
