Sit-ups
Walk with pups
Since it's a back week we didn't ride tonight. This week is so chill. I really love the training schedule. It helps to prevent burn-out that's for sure!
The swim was good. I did the distance again! Yeehaww! My leg feels much better today, but still hurts to massage/touch. I'm gonna ice bath tomorrow night and hopefully that'll help.
Nice walk with the pups tonight. It's in the high 70s again. My favorite weather!
Workouts are pretty boring and lonely without my partners in crime. Not much to write about.
