Zen In Your Den yoga
The last day of work before break! We just a had a short little meeting, then we were free to go! I slept so well last night. Asleep by 9pm and slept pretty much straight through until 7:15! That's really late for me. I find that I'm getting really thirsty at night. I drink almost a whole bottle of water each night. I'm drinking a lot during the day, so I know I'm hydrated, but I'm still thirsty at night. I do drink more than most people though anyway.
Today I took a nice long walk with the pups. It's pretty chilly-about 57 degrees and overcast. I had to wear two long-sleeves, a scarf, and gloves! I know it's nothing compared to Bonnie and Todd, but compared to our 80 degrees earlier this week-brrrr! We're going to be really cold for tomorrow's ride. But it's back up into the 70s for next week supposedly!
Yoga was good. It gets easier each time I do it, and I can definitely feel a difference in the workouts. Not as sore and stiff. I may work my way up to a longer session than the 21 minute Zen In Your Den workout.
So that's it for today. Time to snuggle on the couch with Carib and Chy and a good book. Oh yea, and some Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls with lots of frosting! Heeheehee!
